雙百方針[ shuāng bǎi fāng zhēn ]

⒈  “百花齊放，百家爭鳴”方針的簡稱。是中國共產(chǎn)黨1956年提出的促進藝術發(fā)展、科學進步和社會主義文化繁榮的方針。
